Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026. This policy explains what Active Intercom (operated by Active Prodüksiyon Bilgisayar Teknoloji Yayıncılık Bilişim İnş. Tur. ve Gıda San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., “we”) collects and why.

What we collect

• Account data: e-mail, password hash, workspace name, user display names and roles you create.
• Usage data: connection logs (time, IP address, channel joins), device/browser type, crash reports — kept up to 30 days for operations and security.
• Audio: intercom audio is transmitted in real time between participants (peer-to-peer or via our TURN relay) and is not recorded or stored by us.
• Billing: payments are processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). We receive your plan, subscription status and the last four digits of your card — never the full card number.

Why

To provide the service, keep it secure, bill you, and support you. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Processors

Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting, EU), Cloudflare Inc. (DNS/CDN), Paddle.com Market Ltd (payments), Apple/Google (app distribution and push notifications), e-mail delivery provider for transactional e-mails.

Your rights

You can export or delete your workspace and personal data at any time from the app or by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority; Türkiye residents have rights under KVKK (Law 6698).

Retention

Account data is kept while your workspace exists and for 90 days after deletion for billing records required by law; logs 30 days.
