Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 October 2026. By creating a workspace you agree to these terms with Active Prodüksiyon Bilgisayar Teknoloji Yayıncılık Bilişim İnş. Tur. ve Gıda San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Active Production”).

Service

Active Intercom is a software service for voice communication between production crew members, including optional features (commentary feed, tally, program audio) that integrate with third-party software such as vMix. The service is provided “as is”; we target 99.5% monthly availability but do not guarantee it.

Plans, trial and payment

New workspaces receive a free trial (7 days). Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance in USD through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles taxes, invoices and refunds. Event plans are one-time purchases valid for 24 hours. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Paddle's refund policy; yearly plans may be refunded pro rata within 14 days.

Seats and fair use

A seat is one concurrently connected user. Audio is for your production communication only; abusive, unlawful or excessive automated use may be suspended.

Your responsibilities

Keep credentials safe, obtain consent where you connect third-party audio, and comply with local law. You are responsible for the content transmitted by your crew.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost broadcasts or revenue.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms with 14 days' notice by e-mail. Either party may terminate at any time; we may suspend workspaces for non-payment or abuse.

Law

Turkish law applies; courts of Istanbul (Bakırköy) have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the rights of their country of residence.
